Local Delivery Policy

We’re delighted to offer local delivery to our customers in the Cork City suburbs.

Here’s everything you need to know to get your herbal goodies delivered smoothly and on time:

💳 Payment Options

Card payments (Visa/Mastercard) accepted via mobile terminal for local deliveries only.

If you’d like to pay by card, please complete your order through our online store.

(No postal card payments just yet)

Important:

For card payments via the website for local delivery, the name on the order must match the cardholder’s name.

We may ask for proof to confirm this. If there’s a mismatch between the order name and the cardholder, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.

Refunds will only be issued to the original card and in the same method as the initial payment.

🔐 Security & Compliance

A receipt (electronic or printed) will be issued for all card payments to meet compliance requirements.

  • We follow PCI DSS standards for card handling.
  • Card data is never stored or processed outside the secure terminal.

⚠️ Chargeback Disclaimer

  • Customers initiating chargebacks without first contacting us may be subject to refusal of future service.

🕵️ Privacy & Data Use

  • Customer data is used solely for order fulfilment and is never shared with third parties.
  • Card data is never stored or processed outside the secure terminal.

💵 Cash Payments Accepted for local delivery too.

You can order via any of our channels for Cash (phone, social media, etc.).

🏦 IBAN Transfers

Still acceptable for local delivery. Just let us know and we’ll provide the details.

🚚 Delivery Schedule (Subject to Change)

  • Tuesday to Thursday: Deliveries typically run between 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: Deliveries usually happen between 12:00 PM – 4:19 PM
  • No deliveries on Sunday or Monday – we take those days to recharge and soak up some chilled vibes 🌞

If you place an order on a non-delivery day, we’ll bring it to you on the next available delivery day.

⏰ Order Cut-Off Time

  • To receive your order on the same day, please place it before 4:00 PM.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be scheduled for the next delivery window.

Please note: After 4:00 PM, we’re out on deliveries and can only respond to text messages or emails.

Phone calls and social media replies may be delayed until later.

🧾 Age Verification

  • If we believe you’re under 23, we may require proof of age upon delivery.

This helps us stay compliant and ensures responsible distribution of our products.

📍 Delivery Zones

  • We deliver to Cork City suburbs only.
  • No delivery into Cork City Centre – if you’re in the city centre, please select postal delivery at checkout due to no parking and building works.
  • For commuter towns, we’re happy to meet you at a pre-designated halfway point. Just reach out and we’ll arrange something convenient.
